Hello all, my name is Matt. I would never consider myself a bodybuilding expert, but I do think I am pretty good at nutrition. I will be 40 this year and I feel the best I have felt since I was in the Marines. The reason for this is my nutrition. My beautiful wife Angela brought me into this fitness world. We have 4 kids, a busy ass life, yet we make a priority for our health.
I am a bit of a research nerd. I am the type of person to ask "why" for everything, which includes nutrition. I believe I can make a positive impact on anyone.

Hey there, I’m Angela. I started my fitness journey in October 2017. I have 4 beautiful kids 3 dogs and a sexy husband, I am a professional photographer around that time I was shooting some clients that were fitness competitors. These women were in their 40s and 50s and really inspired me to get in the best shape of my life by my 40th bday. I signed up for my first bikini competition and accomplished my goal all on my own. I researched everything there was to know about nutrition and learned about Macros. I’ve always worked out since I was 17 but never realized how important nutrition is! It’s been 3 years and have continued this lifestyle and love my body! I love that I have inspired a lot of my friends and family.
